# §62.9975. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On February 5, 1992, the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management submitted a letter certifying that there are no existing municipal waste combustors in the State subject to the emission guidelines published on February 11, 1991 (56 FR 5514) pursuant to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
