# §62.9970. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On January 8, 2002, the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management submitted a letter certifying that there are no existing commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units in the state subject to the emission guidelines under [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart DDDD](/cfr/40/subpartDDDD.md) of this chapter.
