# §62.9950. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


The State Department of Environmental Management submitted on December 8, 1989, a letter certifying that there are no existing primary aluminum reduction plants in the State subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
