# §62.9670. Identification of plan—negative declaration.

- (a) Letter from the City of Philadelphia, Department of Public Health, submitted February 9, 2001, certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that are subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart DDDD.
- (b) Letter from the City of Philadelphia, Department of Public Health, submitted March 4, 2015, as amended February 4, 2016, certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that are subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart DDDD.
