# §62.9515. Identification of sources—Negative declaration.


On October 20, 1998, and November 6, 1998, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality submitted a letter certifying that there are no existing Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators in the State subject to the Emission Guidelines under [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md), of this chapter.
