# §62.9511. Identification of sources.


The plan in [§ 62.9510(b)](/cfr/40/62.9510.md?p=b) applies to all existing municipal solid waste landfills in the state of Oregon, excluding Indian Country, for which construction, reconstruction, or modification was commenced on or before July 17, 2014.
