# §62.9501. Identification of sources.


The Oregon State Deparetment of Environmental Quality submitted on January 27, 1978, certification that there are no existing sulfuric acid plants in the State subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
