# §62.9130. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


The Oklahoma State Department of Health submitted a letter on March 3, 1983, certifying that there are no existing primary aluminum reduction plants in the State of Oklahoma subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md), of this chapter.
