# §62.867. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


Letter from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality dated April 26, 2017, certifying that there are no incinerators subject to the commercial and industrial solid waste incineration (CISWI) Emission Guidelines, under [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart DDDD](/cfr/40/subpartDDDD.md), within its jurisdiction.
