# §62.866. Compliance schedule.


The Compliance Schedules were submitted on December 16, 1985, by the Governor to control total reduced Sulfur emissions from the seven kraft pulp mills identified in [§ 62.865(a)](/cfr/40/62.865.md?p=a). The schedules specify final compliance dates and enforceable increments to be as expeditiously as practicable but not more than six years from approval of the state regulations; i.e., October 12, 1990.
