# §62.8610. Identification of plan—Negative declaration.


The State of North Dakota submitted a letter on May 8, 2019 certifying that there are no designated facilities subject to the emission guidelines for existing hospital medical infectious waste incinerators under [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Ce](/cfr/40/subpartCe.md) operating within the State's jurisdiction.
