# §62.854. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On September 24, 1992, the Arkansas Department of Pollution Control and Ecology submitted a negative declaration, signed by the Chief of the Air Division on September 2, 1992, certifying that there are no existing phosphate fertilizer plants in the State of Arkansas subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md), of this chapter.
