# §62.8359. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


Letters from Forsyth County Environmental Affairs Department, Mecklenburg County Land Use and Environmental Services Agency, and Western North Carolina Regional Air Quality Agency submitted on February 17, 2010, January 22, 2003, and October 5, 2007, respectively, certifying that there are no Small Municipal Waste Combustor units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart BBBB](/cfr/40/subpartBBBB.md) in their respective jurisdictions.
