# §62.8354. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


Letters from Forsyth County, Mecklenburg County, and Buncombe County, North Carolina were submitted on November 25, 2002, January 22, 2003 and November 6, 2002, respectively, certifying that there are no Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart DDDD.
