# §62.7880. Identification of sources—negative declaration.


Letters from the New Mexico Environment Department and the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department dated November 13, 2001, and September 10, 2002, respectively, certifying that there are no existing small municipal waste combustion units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart BBBB](/cfr/40/subpartBBBB.md) under their jurisdictions in the State of New Mexico.
