# §62.7851. Identification of sources.

- (a) **The plan includes the following sources—**
  - (1) **Kerr-McGee Nuclear Corporation in McKinley County.**
  - (2) **Climax Chemical Corporation in Lea County.**
- (b) **Negative declaration for Bernalillo County.** Letter from the City of Albuquerque Air Pollution Control Division dated November 23, 2004, certifying that there are no existing sulfuric acid plants subject to [40 CFR 60](/cfr/40/60.md) [subpart Cd](/cfr/40/subpartCd.md) in Bernalillo County on lands under the jurisdiction of the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board.
