# §62.7850. Identification of plan.

- (a) **Title of plan.** “State of New Mexico Designated Facility Plan” ([§ 111(d)](/cfr/40/111.md?p=d)).
- (b) **The plan was officially submitted as follows—**
  - (1) **Sulfuric acid plants on May 15, 1981.**
- (c) **Affected facilities—** The plan includes the following facilities:
