# §62.7455. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On September 25, 2013 the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services submitted a letter certifying no Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart DDDD](/cfr/40/subpartDDDD.md) operate within the state's jurisdiction.
