# §62.7450. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On August 2, 2011, September 9, 2011, and October 9, 2012 the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services submitted letters certifying no Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incineration units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Ce](/cfr/40/subpartCe.md) operate within its jurisdiction.
