# §62.7375. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


The State Air Pollution Control Agency submitted on November 29, 1978, a letter certifying that there are no existing sulfuric acid plants in the state subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
