# §62.650. Identification of plan.

- (a) The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality submitted on April 25, 2003, a letter certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the Department's jurisdiction that are subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart DDDD.
- (b) The Maricopa County Environmental Services Department submitted on February 4, 2003, a letter certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the Department's jurisdiction that are subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart DDDD.
- (c) The Pima County Air Quality District submitted on February 5, 2003, a letter certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the District's jurisdiction that are subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart DDDD.
- (d) The Pinal County Air Quality Control District submitted on January 24, 2003, a letter certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the District's jurisdiction that are subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart DDDD.
