# §62.6351. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


Letter from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, submitted December 3, 2018, certifying that there are no Diammonium Phosphate Fertilizer Units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart V](/cfr/40/subpartV.md) of this chapter. Effective date: The effective date of the negative declaration and EPA withdrawal of the prior plan approval is May 20, 2019.
