# §62.630. Identification of plan.


The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality submitted on November 16, 1999 the State of Arizona's [section 111(d)](/cfr/40/111.md?p=d)/129 Plan for Existing Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators (HMIWI). The submitted plan does not apply to sources located in Pima and Pinal counties.
