# §62.5630. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On July 27,2015, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality submitted a negative declaration letter to EPA certifying that there are no existing Small Municipal Waste Combustors (SMWC) units in the State of Michigan subject to the emissions guidelines at [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart BBBB.
