# §62.5475. Identification of Plan—negative declaration.


On December 18, 2018, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection submitted a letter certifying no existing sources subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart DDDD](/cfr/40/subpartDDDD.md) operate within the Commonwealth's jurisdiction.
