# §62.5150. Identification of plan.


On March 23, 1999, the Maryland Department of the Environment submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency a 111(d) Plan to implement and enforce the requirements of [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Cc](/cfr/40/subpartCc.md), Emissions Guidelines for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills.
