# §62.4995. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On March 11, 2020, the Maine Department of Environmental Protection submitted a letter certifying no existing source Municipal Solid Waste Landfills subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Cf](/cfr/40/subpartCf.md), operate within the State's jurisdiction.
