# §62.4985. Identification of Plan—negative declaration.


On May 2, 2005, the Maine Department of Environmental Protection submitted a letter certifying that there are no existing hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators in the state subject to the emission guidelines under [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Ce](/cfr/40/subpartCe.md) of this chapter.
