# §62.4681. Effective date.


The effective date for the portion of the plan applicable to mercury budget units at coal-fired electric steam generating units and coal-fired electric generating units as defined in [40 CFR 60.24(h)(8)](/cfr/40/60.24.md?p=h-8) is effective October 16, 2007.
