# §62.4621. Emission standards and compliance schedules.

- (a) The requirements of [§ 60.24(b)(2)](/cfr/40/60.24.md?p=b-2) of this chapter are not met since the test methods and procedures for determining compliance with the sulfuric acid mist emission standards are not specified.
- (b) Emissions from sulfuric acid plants must be measured by the methods in appendix A to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), or by equivalent or alternative methods as defined in § [60.2 (t)](/cfr/40/60.2.md?p=t) and [(u)](/cfr/40/60.2.md?p=u) respectively.
