# §62.4370. Identification of plan—negative declaration.

- (a) Letter from the Department for Environmental Protection submitted December 18, 1996 certifying that there are no existing municipal waste combustor units in the State of Kentucky that are subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Cb](/cfr/40/subpartCb.md), of this chapter.
- (b) Letter from Louisville, Kentucky, Air Pollution Control District submitted on February 11, 2010, certifying that there are no Large Municipal Waste Combustor units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Cb](/cfr/40/subpartCb.md) in its jurisdiction.
