# §62.3651. Identification of sources.


The plan applies to all existing MWCs with the capacity to combust greater than 250 tons per day of municipal solid waste, and for which construction, reconstruction, or modification was commenced on or before September 20, 1994, as consistent with [40 CFR Part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart Cb.
