# §62.353. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation submitted on June 9, 1977, certification that there are no existing primary aluminum reduction plants in the State subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
