# §62.3340. Identification of plan.


Illinois submitted, on November 8, 2011 and supplemented on December 28, 2011, a revised State Plan for implementing the Emission Guidelines affecting Hospital/Medical Infectious Waste Incinerators (HMIWI). The enforceable mechanism for this revised State plan is 35 Ill. Adm. Code [Part 229](/cfr/40/part229.md). This rule was adopted by the Illinois Pollution Control Board on September 22, 2011 and became effective on September 30, 2011.
