# §62.2130. Identification of plan—negative declaration.

- (a) Letter from the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs submitted July 6, 1992 certifying that there are no existing municipal waste combustor units in the District of Columbia that are subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Cb](/cfr/40/subpartCb.md), of this chapter.
- (b) Letter from the District of Columbia, Department of Energy and Environment, submitted July 19, 2024 certifying that there are no existing large municipal waste combustors in the District of Columbia that are subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Cb](/cfr/40/subpartCb.md) of this chapter.
