# §62.1985. Identification of plan—negative declaration.

- (a) Letter from the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control submitted November 16, 2001, certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the State of Delaware that are subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart DDDD.
