# §62.1900. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control submitted on September 8, 1982, a letter certifying that there are no kraft pulp mills in the State subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
