# §62.15900. How do I comply with the requirement for submittal of a control plan?


For your control plan, you must satisfy the two requirements specified in paragraphs [(a)](#a) and [(b)](#b) of this section.

- (a) Submit the final control plan to your EPA regional office and permitting authority or delegated authority that includes the four items described in [paragraphs (a)(1) through (4)](#a-1..a-4) of this section:
  - (1) A description of the devices for air pollution control and process changes that you will use to comply with the emission limits and standards and other requirements of this subpart;
  - (2) The type(s) of waste to be burned, if waste other than sewage sludge is burned in the unit;
  - (3) The maximum design sewage sludge burning capacity; and
  - (4) If applicable, the petition for site-specific operating limits under [§ 62.15965](/cfr/40/62.15965.md).
- (b) **Maintain an onsite copy of the final control plan.**
