# §62.15360. Can reporting dates be changed?

- (a) If the Administrator agrees, you may change the semiannual or annual reporting dates.
- (b) **See—** [§ 60.19(c)](/cfr/40/60.19.md?p=c) in [subpart A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) of [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md) for procedures to seek approval to change your reporting date.
