# §62.15335. When must I submit the annual report?


Submit the annual report no later than February 1 of each year that follows the calendar year in which you collected the data. (As with all other requirements in this subpart, the requirement to submit an annual report does not modify or replace the operating permits requirements of 40 CFR parts [70](/cfr/40/part70.md) and [71](/cfr/40/part71.md).)
