# §62.15325. When must I submit the initial report?


As specified in [§ 60.7(c)](/cfr/40/60.7.md?p=c) of [subpart A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) of [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), submit your initial report within 180 days after your final compliance date.
