# §62.15315. What reports must I submit and in what form?

- (a) Submit an initial report and annual reports, plus semiannual reports for any emission or parameter level that does not meet the limits specified in this subpart.
- (b) Submit all reports on paper, postmarked on or before the submittal dates in §§ [62.15325](/cfr/40/62.15325.md), [62.15335](/cfr/40/62.15335.md), and [62.15350](/cfr/40/62.15350.md). If the Administrator agrees, you may submit electronic reports.
- (c) Keep a copy of all reports required by §§ [62.15330](/cfr/40/62.15330.md), [62.15340](/cfr/40/62.15340.md), and [62.15355](/cfr/40/62.15355.md) onsite for 5 years.
