# §62.14830. Does this subpart require me to obtain an operating permit under title V of the Clean Air Act?


If you are subject to this subpart, you are required to apply for and obtain a title V operating permit unless you meet the relevant requirements specified in 40 CFR [62.14525(a) through (h)](/cfr/40/62.14525.md?p=a..h) and [(j) through (o)](/cfr/40/62.14525.md?p=j..o) and all of the requirements specified in [40 CFR 62.14531](/cfr/40/62.14531.md).
