# §62.14700a. When must I submit my annual report?


You must submit an annual report no later than 12 months following the submission of the information in [§ 62.14695a](/cfr/40/62.14695a.md). You must submit subsequent reports no more than 12 months following the previous report. (If the unit is subject to permitting requirements under title V of the Clean Air Act, you may be required by the permit to submit these reports more frequently.)
