# §62.14695a. What information must I submit following my initial performance test?


You must submit the information specified in [paragraphs (a) through (c)](#a..c) of this section no later than 60 days following the initial performance test. All reports must be signed by the facilities manager:

- (a) The complete test report for the initial performance test results obtained under [§ 62.14625a](/cfr/40/62.14625a.md), as applicable;
- (b) The values for the site-specific operating limits established in [§ 62.14605a](/cfr/40/62.14605a.md) or [§ 62.14610a](/cfr/40/62.14610a.md); and
- (c) If you are using a fabric filter to comply with the emission limitations in this subpart, documentation that a bag leak detection system has been installed and is being operated, calibrated, and maintained as required by [§ 62.14665a(b)](/cfr/40/62.14665a.md?p=b).
