# §62.14530. What if I have a chemical recovery unit that is not listed in § 62.14525(n)?


If you have a recovery unit that is not listed in [§ 62.14525(n)](/cfr/40/62.14525.md?p=n), you can petition the Administrator to add the unit to the list of exempted units in 40 CFR [60.2020(n)](/cfr/40/60.2020.md?p=n) or [60.2555(n)](/cfr/40/60.2555.md?p=n) pursuant to the requirements of 40 CFR [60.2025](/cfr/40/60.2025.md) or [60.2558](/cfr/40/60.2558.md). Units granted exemptions under 40 CFR [60.2025](/cfr/40/60.2025.md) or [60.2558](/cfr/40/60.2558.md) are exempt from the requirement of this Federal plan under [§ 62.14525(n)(8)](/cfr/40/62.14525.md?p=n-8).
