# §62.14425. When must I review the documentation?

- (a) You must establish a program for reviewing the information listed in [§ 62.14424](/cfr/40/62.14424.md) annually with each HMIWI operator (defined in [§ 62.14490](/cfr/40/62.14490.md)).
- (b) You must conduct your initial review of the information listed in [§ 62.14424](/cfr/40/62.14424.md) by [date 6 months after publication of final rule], or prior to assumption of responsibilities affecting HMIWI operation, whichever is later.
- (c) You must conduct subsequent reviews of the information listed in [§ 62.14424](/cfr/40/62.14424.md) annually.
