# §62.14353. Standards for municipal solid waste landfill emissions.

- (a) The owner or operator of a designated facility having a design capacity less than 2.5 million megagrams or 2.5 million cubic meters must comply with the requirements of [40 CFR 60.752(a)](/cfr/40/60.752.md?p=a) in addition to the applicable reporting and recordkeeping requirements specified in this subpart.
- (b) The owner or operator of a designated facility having a design capacity equal to or greater than 2.5 million megagrams and 2.5 million cubic meters must comply with the requirements of [40 CFR 60.752(b)](/cfr/40/60.752.md?p=b) in addition to the applicable reporting and recordkeeping requirements specified in this subpart.
