# §62.13350. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


The Territory Department of Conservation and Cultural Affairs submitted, on November 3, 1977, a letter certifying that there are no existing phosphate fertilizer plants in the Territory subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
