# §62.13102. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico submitted on April 28, 1981, a letter certifying that there are no existing primary aluminum plants in the Commonwealth subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md) [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
